desIGN STAGES
concept & idea generation
At this stage we work alongside the client team to brainstorm and generate new ideas and concepts for their project.
SCHEMATIC DESIGN
During the schematic design stage we evaluate the concept design against the fundamental elements of project success, including but not limited to, engineering, waterproofing, fire regulations, irrigation, drainage, plant choices and maintenance access.
DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION
With our understanding of the DA process we guide our clients through this important stage to ensure that the submitted design meets councils policies, client budgets and building codes. Changes to the design after this stage can be expensive & time consuming.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
After DA approval we work with the client team to ensure sufficient design detail is available to enable project tenderers to price the project correctly.
CONSTRUCTION CERTIFICATE
We support the client team in compiling the documentation for the Construction Certificate.
CONSTRUCTION SERVICES
We provide support throughout the delivery of the project to ensure that the desired design outcomes are met. Cutting corners during construction will comprimise the intended design principles.
